CAPOEIRA ANGOLA FUNDAMENTALS

Monday & Thursday: 5 - 7pm

Saturday: 11am - 1pm

KARATE

Tuesday 6-7pm: Basic Karate

Tuesday 7-8pm: Intermediate Karate (blue belt and up)

Friday 6 - 7:30pm: All-levels
